Finally getting around to blogging

OK, I'm a bit slow - those that know me will agree :-) So I decided to start a blog - no promises on how long I'll keep doing it or how often I update, but I'll start one.

So I'll introduce myself and the critters.

I'm Kris - live in West Boylston, MA, with MDH, Frank, step-daughter Teegan (who is away at college); 3 cardis, 1 mutt, and 2 cats.

Tonka is our mutt - she just turned 10 - she's a lab, rotti, something with a curly tail mix. Dumb as a stone but the sweetest thing you'll ever meet. Her goal in life is to sleep in as many sunny spots in the house as possible.

Now for the cardis.

NATCH C-ATCH Llanbryn Theory of Evolution RN AX AXJ AXP MJP XFP - Darwin is our first cardi and my heart dog. I just adore this dog. The picture on the main page is Darwin after he got his NATCH, right before his 8th birthday. He is my first agility dog, my first herding dog and my best buddy. This dog has a warped sense of humor and knows how to use it. He will NOT let you take anything seriously which isn't a bad thing!

C-ATCH Visions Steal a Million RN OAP OJP NAC TGN - Ransom is my 2nd cardi - we call him our "misunderstood middle child". He's a better cat than he is a dog. While he has agility titles, he doesn't like agility, or herding, or rally, or anything that might resemble work. Ransom's goal in life is to snuggle.

CT-ATCH Visions The Marked Woman OAP AJP - Bette is our 3rd cardi and my current agility dog. While she has the reputation in the Northeast of being "the Bitch" (which is rightly deserved), she is a great working dog. While a bit high strung, when she puts her mind to work, she's just fabulous.
